Yes, that was a journey through the analog & digital electronics, communication devices and techniques, networking analysis, signal and image processing ...etc along with my loving friends....

I cannot consider this as a simple B tech degree course because that was a combination of friendships, incidents, commitments and celebrations...

Simply i can define: :

Bachelor of Technology (B Tech)
Duration :  4 Years
Specialization : Electronics and Communication (ECE)

Actually our college life is the best platform where we can perform, learn, identify and enjoy, that times will turn in to our most memorable days of life... yes the memorable days...

Infrastructure, facilities,faculties, students..every thing may changed for the last 3 years but still now i prefer for that olden days which i have alive in my memory.

Where you forgot to perform well in your professional life... ?

Where you forgot to perform well in your professional life... have you ever think about that??

Many times ...is it? but we won't recognize it, that is the fact.

We may got many platforms to show whom we are, but we may ignore with out utilizing it well by thinking that will get a better one later, but we will realize this as a mistake only when we are hopeless to step forward.

This is same as like building a structure, if you missed to add a building block in its relevant place then that structure might not be stable and you cannot complete the task, then you will analyze about that missing block which is the reason behind the failure.

Imagine the above structure is your career, now analyze what went wrong while building your career, have you missed some thing, if yes.. then what is that????

A professional degree, a course, training programs, communication skills, better guidance....etc

we can sort n number of answers and that will differ from person to person.

Think and try to get it corrected... only you can do it....

As i promised earlier i am sharing some snaps of Tata Bss Munnar location...

How is Munnar as a work Location ? Nice but conditions apply...

I know nobody would understand what i meant, let me make it clear..

I have selected as a process trainer for Tata sky ( which is one of the best DTH service provider in India) and transferred to Munnar location from Hyderabad. This let me learn more in deep about Munnar.

We know Munnar, the part of Western Ghats mountains. Enriched the beauty by its hill stations, rich tea plantations, waterfalls...etc, yes i can read your mind i am not going to give a vast explanation about Munnar...i will come to our topic.

Around 75% of Munnar visitors should stay up to 7 days maximum, am i right?(my calculation) that means we can categorize them as tourists but remaining staying there are running their daily life which is alligned with estate jobs/local business/travels/private employees/government officials..etc , have you ever think about their life there?, their challenges?

Even i too didn't think about that till i moved to Munnar as an Employee of Tata Business Support Services. I will make it categorize.

 Challenges (for an average employee)






 Accommodation: If you are transferred to Munnar , then please make sure your accommodation on prior, if you are getting company /office owned quarters then its fine.

Transportation: If you are having your own transportation arrangements like two wheeler/car/office vehicle then the travel should become more convenient or else you have to depend shared Autos/jeep for climbing up to reach office

Rainy Days: Every one like rainy days but don't consider the rainy days are normal, that will make you wet in any way, you have to feel that continuously to admit it.

Living Cost : For a average person, please make sure that you can live and earn with the salary there, because all the above challenges will lead you to this reason: Living Cost

BUT REMEMBER IF YOU CAN MANAGE THE ABOVE CHALLENGES THEN MUNNAR WOULD BE THE BEST PLACE TO WORK.....


Because...

You can work by breathing fresh air..
You can enjoy the stunning beauty of Nature...

TATA BUSINESS SUPPORT SERVICES - My first corporate experience

I have joined in Tata - Bss as an executive for Tata Power Solar , a pilot process of the company..


 Office located at Kukkatpally, Hyderabad area, i was little bit tensed because that was my first corporate days.. but i was lucky by getting 4 best friends as my colleagues ...Chanukya, Fazilath, Pradeep and Jaspreet..

Our training days were really interesting, we trained from Bangalore too, actually that included a visit in manufacturing units of Tata Power Solar (TPS) same as like an industrial visit ...

The job tied me well with the solar sector of India on that times and i was very eager to take new new responsibilities in my job... I was mostly assisted with TPS customers who are under Kerala Govt's ANERT scheme and Tamil Nadu Govt's TEDA program.

Got opportunities to handle Inbound & Outbound calls, Critical Escalations, Emails, Report Publishing, Client handling, Process document preparation....etc

Customers became familiar with my name and they are started contacting us by asking my name to assist them on each times, truly that was an awesome moment...
 just think .. peoples whom you are not yet met directly were became familiar with your name and enquring your presence to assist them to your colleagues through an all India help line number.

We faced some challenges also while on that time with our field support time by delay in attending complaints on customer premises, but i think that made us to concentrate more in process.

Its the time to work not for excuses

Yes this is true.. when i started following this in my professional life there after i never got fired for excuses on duties...

may be my responsibilities were comparatively small, but it is mine..

I never carried my personal issues to office, always i parked that outside to concentrate on job, but i never forgot to take it back once i have done with my duty.

these are not my tips...these are facts...

A 4 Apple to Newton's Laws...

We cannot read a sentence with out words...we cannot read a word with out letters...

that means we cannot tell about our college with out school...

So lets begin from "A 4 APPLE"...my sweet school days...



I am very excited to write about my school days, because it will make me pass through that beautiful memories which cannot come back again in real.

that uneven paintings...the amazing games...the first friends....

But i feel regret on one thing, the photos of my primary school days...which i don't have... hmm i know technologies had taken long time to touch our life, but today's generation is lucky in this.

till 4th standard, life was running with a regular timetable..

 From 5th to 7th standard "Government U.P School Nedumoncave" my territory - An area of friendship, study,...etc.

I have completed my schooling (8th to Plus two) from Shankara Mangalam Higher Secondary School (S.M.H.S.S )or in our words "Kottara School"

the walk to school on morning with friends through ...the paddy fields... the canal side walls....the wild shortcuts...
